i believe a coil is out in the coil box what is the easiest way to isolate the one that is out?

switch it with the coil next to it and see if the missfire moves to that cylinder.or check ohms resistance with a miltimeter.Coil Resistance
5000 - 7000 Ω (5K - 7K Ω) this will tell you which one is bad.post back with what you find.
