I blew my radiator hose about a month ago and have noticed that my reservoir tank needs filling after a couple of days or so. When my hose went out, it leaked out all my coolant and to keep from messing up my gaskets, I let the engine cool down before I added any new coolant. I first installed both new hoses and then filled it with coolant. It was a time span of about 5 and a half hours before I added the coolant. I don't see any immediate leaks when my car is idling but once I've driven it and has been sitting a while, I see coolant. I'm pretty sure its my water pump but can that be my only problem? Do I have to worry about my head gaskets? (keep in mind I see no smoke coming out of my exhaust) or my freeze plugs? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I look forward hearing from you. Thank you!
