1998 Pontiac Grand Prix Changing spark plugs and wires, A/C

I was told my code was a misfire of cylinder 3 and the guy suggested changing the plugs and wires. I bought all the necessary parts but I have gorilla hands and it is a little hard for me to get to the rear 3. Any tips? Also, my A/C blows cold as ice after recharging it...only on the passenger side. Drivers side is like having the heater on full blast. Can anybody give a carpenter a mechanical clue, please? It would be much obliged.
