1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Windsheild washer fluid not pumping

i cannot find the fuse for the pump anywhere on the car. from what im reading the wiper fuse is also used for the pump. the wiper fuse is good. the pump does not hum when activated and no fluid comes out.

cant figure it out. please help
