1997 Pontiac Grand Prix vent control problems ?

1997 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX

when I turn on the vent it doesn't matter what position the vent controller is on it blows out of all the vents at the same time. not sure what is causing this but would like some advise.

that usually means you have no vacuum to the coltrol head. find and repair the vacuum leak. listen for a hiss sound when the engine is running, under the hood. let us know how you make out.
