I have a new starter and battery. Sometimes my car will start and somtimes it won't. When it does start it takes 9 or 10 tries before it starts. Sometimes when I try to start it. It makes a grinding noise. Like when you try to start a car and it is already started. Also when have it started and turn on the heater and lights the car dies. The turning signals work some times and other times it won't. When they do work the dash lights dim when they click on. Help
