Engine Performance problem
1994 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I was going down the road and all of a sudden the engine started to die. I pressed on the gas and it was hardly moving. Pulled over and I checked the steering and brake fluid and they were full. I saw on the front drivers side a fluid in the wheel well. It wasnt oily because it evaporated quickly so I figure gas. I smelled the gas too. Had it towed and the repair cost was 480.00. They are telling me two fuel injectors are bad and need replaced, but the other 4 will need it too. Should I have tried to just clean the fuel injectors? Should I have checked something else? I havent got the car back yet. Just need some input on did I do the right thing or shoulld I have told them to just clean them? Could they be just trying to make money off of me? Should I have fuel injector cleaner put in the gas to clean the others up?

I would appreciate any input on this

A dirty fuel injector would not cause the vehicle to stall completely. It would just cause engine to idle poorly and get poor fuel mileage. Since engine stalled like you said it is more likely that the injector has simply seized up (failed) and needs replaced.
