1992 Pontiac Grand Prix Calipher Bracket Removal

I've found several how-to articles online on changing brakes. None of which actually show removing the calipher bracket.

I have my caliper off and need to remove the bracket to get to the rotor to replace it. There are two torx bolts in the back. One is a T60 the other is a T55. Neither one wants to budge. Do these bolts actually come out? Is there another way to remove the bracket?
