Engine Performance problem
1991 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120.00 miles

Hello....it all began when 1 day car was driven 10 miles max then parked. Wouldn't start, i checked under hood, noticed alot of gas in rubber manifold intake. like a coffee cup worth. So I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, it was bad. Replaced and it ran fine 10 miles, then was parked 4 hours. when gas depressed would always die at around 1500rpm. It would start but idle very rough, dieing sometimes, mostly. I drained a cup of gas to check guel pump, all ok except the gas was greenish color..is that normal color? but anyway, car wont get gas up to manifold now and wont start, The guy who hooked up rwegulator I noticed had some probs with some vacuum lines, so i think he swapped something around wrong!!!

The fuel pressure regulator is hooked directly to manifold vacuum, not ported vacuum.

Remove the FPR vacuum hose and check for gas in line.
