My heater is only blowing cool air. Have replaced therostat, flushed heater core and hoses, no leaks anywhere, hoses and heater core feel hot. Coolant level is normal, have checked all fuses, and repaced heater control switch. All actuators seem to be working. Heater core was at 184 degrees when checked. Please help...winter in Minnesota is COLD!!

If heater core hoses are both hot, then next likely suspect is heater control valve.
