2002 pontiac grand am 2.2
engine turns over but it wont start. i checked the fuel pressure and it read around 40.the book said it needs to run around 50 to 65 psi. the fuel pump turns on and whirls for a few seconds like its supposed to. can the fuel pressure reading 40psi be eoungh for it not to start. i also replaced the fuel filter.thank you
