i got a 1991 pontic grand am 4 cl auto and when i start it it starts fine but then the idle gose up and down and when i take off it gose fine but then after a little the rpm drops and my gas foot is on the floor ant it dosent pick up speed what is it i changed the throttle position sensor gas pump gas fillter could it be the idle air control
