I have a 1999 Pontiac grand am 145,000mi 4cyl. This car makes a humming noise at all speeds that gets louder as you go faster but does not go away when turnning. It also has a hard vibration when slowing down to a stop between 0 & 20 mph whether brakes are on or not. I thought it was a wheel bearing but know am starting to think it is something else. Please help[, thanks.
