Hello, acdelco iridium plugs, 3.4 engine, .060. Some plugs you don't regap, follow the manufacturers recommendations. There may be a decal on the passenger side strut tower that has plug info. this video will show you how to adjust the gap.

The three on the front are no problem to get out, but the three on the back are something else. I cannot even see them. (Help) I took the one's out of the front and checked them, and they have had it. I want to replace all of them with new one's. So I need your help. So please tell me how to go about getting them out so that I can replace them. Do I need a special tool or is there a special trick to getting to them? P.S. What is the spark plug gap setting for my car listed above?

Normally, you would remove the engine mount on the front top, just one end will do, then move it out of the way and then jack up on the back side of the engine and tilt it forward enough so you can reach them back plugs. It might even help to mark, then remove the hood so you can lean further over the engine and see straight down the back.

In all three of these videos they basically do the same thing as jacking up the back of the engine but instead they are using ratchet straps to pull the engine forward.

Thanks very much. I like the idea of using strap to open up space to work. But guys I am getting a little old for crawling up on engine like that. So to save my skin, I believe I will hire this one done. (Give a treat do not get tricked by the spooks).
