my car has been making a loud buzzing noise that goes away when i turn right but comes back when i go straight or turn left. it also shakes a little while i drive

Inspect the CV joint boots for tears/cracks/leaking lubricant. Check both inner and outer boots.

Raise vehicle, put on stands and grasp wheel, pull/push both horizontally and vertically, looking for any movement. If you have movement, then could be bearings/hub, ball joint, tie rods.

Also inspect brakes, making sure everything is tight.
