Heater problem
2001 Pontiac Grand Am Automatic 70,000 miles

About a year ago the air conditioning went out and 8 months ago the heat and defrost did the same. I get no air at all coming in. Winters here in chicago and I could use the heat but I could especially use the defrost for the icy and foggy front windshield. The rear window defroster still works. I dont know the 1st thing about car repairs. Any easy solutions?

Welcome to the forum, check applicable fuses. Also use testlite, see if fuse circuits are hot when they should be? Not sure if that is readable? Checking fuses is the easiest thing to do. Next, I have to get at blower motor, check for voltage and ground. If you can have all codes checked, a code might point you in the right direction?
