If there is power to the fuse, but nothing at the switch that is normal. The switch sends a ground signal to the Body Control Module, who then turns on the relay to light them up.Be sure the black/white wire at the switch has a good ground. The orange wire should go to ground when switch is on, if not the switch may be bad

Thw switch supplies ground to signal the BCM to turn on the fog light relay, when the relay turns on, the power goes to the switch simply for the light to let you know it is on or off. The pic I supplied shows which wires should have ground and power

You did what? If you look at teh wiring diagram I posted, you can see how the system works. The Switch sends a ground signal to turn on the lights to the BCM, then the BCM sends a ground to the fog lamp relay to turn it on, which sends power out to the lights.

No.Do you have a test light or meter? You need to look at the wiring diagram. Power is only sent to the switch to illuminate the light. It gets power when the relay truns on from the ground signal sent by the BCM.Take your test wire and hook one end to ground, connect the other end to the orange wire at the switch

This thread is kind of old but still good, it helped me. I had the same problem and was able to solve it using the information here. The problem was the relay! You could hear it clicking when you flipped the switch. However, the lights still would not come on. I pulled the relay and opened it to have a look at the contacts. They were a mess, junk all over them, I cleaned the contacts and and put the relay back in and everything works fine.
