2000 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 135000 miles

My cd player will not work. When I put a cd in you can hear it trying to work, then it ejects it and gives and error 20 code. About the same time the button on the inside drivers door that opens the truck stopped working. I dont know if they two are connected. Can you please help me.

Hi there,

I would not think that the two problems are related. I would have the radio removed and tested by a radio tech, when that is repaired or even just removed from the car, see if the door lock problem is still present. if so there will be another electrical issue to investigate.
