Most likely the rotors are bad, possibly a caliper is not releasing.
Raise car, put on stands, with brake pedal released turn tires foward and see if you feel any significant resistance.
Remove the rotors and lay on flat surface, checking for warpage.
Also check suspension components, ball joints, tie rod ends, control arm bushings for excessive wear.
