Ok, my car started boggin down and not letting us go over 20-30 mph.....took it to Autozone stated it was the o2 sensor(upstream) so we replaced it.......well it is still donig the same thing, but now it dies on me after boggin down......let it sit for 15 mins and it will start up & let you go some more but then it will keep dying & bogging down......We also changed the fuel filter....could it be the other o2 sensor?

It is possible that the O2 sensor is bad, but I would also check the convertor, it sounds like the convertor may be clogged.
