Engine Cooling problem
1999 Pontiac Grand Am 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a suspicion that my vehicle intake manifold gaskets need replacing. I removed the throttle body I noticed a brown milky substance in the intake block.( smells like gas mix with antifreeze. Also coolant is coming out of tailpipe. Vehicle overheats.
Am I correct on my suspicion or is it a head gasket. Intake manifold gaskets I can do however head gaskets replacement will need to take to shop due to lack of tools and experience. Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

Perform a compression test for the headgaskets, if OK then it is intake manifold gaskets.

Do not run engine with coolant in oil, you will ruin main, cam bearings.
