A friend had my car and was fighting with the passenger. He slammed on the brakes and pulled off the side of the road. I'm sure it was also slammed into park and the passenger had quickly grabbed the keys from the ignition. The keys will come out of the igntion however the ignition is locked up the key will not turn to even the on position. The steering wheel is locked up, and it will not shift into neutral either. Everything is locked up. any suggestions?

try turning the steering wheel hard to the left and turning it, nothing? try turning it hard to the right and turning it.

if that doesnt unlock it try a new key, or lubing up the cylinder iwth graphite lock lube.
