Squealing Noises goes away when the brakes are applied

Brakes problem

Hey, hope you can help... Lately while i drive (accelerate, coasting, or turning) I hear a high pitch fluttering squeaking sound... but it goes away when the brakes are applied at any pressure. Ive heard it could possibly be a belt, or calipers??? Would love some input before I take it in for repairs.

sounds like bad break pads,also check the rear pads or shoes.if this dont work,reply back.

I agree with NDDUNC, it sounds like the brake pads are worn out I would check the front pads first. Here is a guide to help explain better.
