Yesterday the battery warning light came on. The owners manuel inicates a charging issue. The car started fine this morning but the light is still on. The turn signal is blinking at a much slower rate than normal. The blinking rate does not change with a change in engine rpm. The alternator belt is fine, and the alternator is not making unusual noises. Is this an alterntor issue?
