vents only blow cold air when i turn fan on. also air comes out of all vents no matter what i select...

any help is appreciated...

Start by checking coolant level, if OK, then warm up engine and quickly touch the heater core IN/OUT hoses, they should be both hot. If one is hot and one is warm/cold, then heater core is blocked.

Also check the heater control/divertor valve, the cable may be broke.
