why can i not access codes, have bought reader and it will not access codes, tryed jumper wire would not read has 1 slot on top an 2 on bottom should jump all 3 together to get it to read, or will it harem the reader or the ecm? car will start and idle but will not move when you put it in gear, and the check engine light comes on
