1988 Pontiac Grand Am 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Can you put an 88 QUAD 4 2.4L eng into a 95 with a QUAD 4 2.4L Is there any compications any concerns has any one done this Im worried about the motor mounts

Your best resource is to call a junkyard and see what years are interchangable.

You may be able to use 88 long block and intake, exhaust etc. from 95, but you most likely will run into problems with crank sensors and other things (different connectors for example).
