We have a problem no mechanic arround here can diagnose. our 99 bird after running a while 20min. or so will get this strange acidic or garlicy smell then die. It will start back up emmediatly and run fine and die again spuradicly it will do this sometimes (more often than not) when shifting back and forth from rev. to drive. and also disengauges the traction control when it feels like and the only way to reengauge it is to shut the car off and restart it. we did find a crack in the 3rd coil pack today and repaced it. any help would be greately appritiated.
