1997 Pontiac Firebird changing distributor cap

I have the water pump off and the front of the engine stripped but I can't figure out how to get to the small star bolt behind the main belt pulley. So the question is how do I change the distributor cap on this vehicle. Do I have to remove the pulley which I tried or is there a small star female driver that will go through one of the small holes in the pulley. If there is I can't seem to locate one.

Yes you have to take the harmonic balencer off to change the cap and rotor
