Auto Zone used the OBD II and said the fuel system for bank 1 was too rich, then they tell you it's either a MAF or Oxygen Sensor, how can I determine which it is so I don't have to buy both. They also said there was a misfire in cylinder 3, then they tell you it either sparkplugs, wires, coil, vacuum leak ect., how do I determine more accurately what the real problem is so I'm not buying all kinds of unneccessary parts.

Unfortunately there is not an easy way out of this one. If the OBD II is identifying MAF sensor and Oxygen sensor, the only thing you can do is have those components checked by a mechanic. With the miss fire in cylinder 3, you will also have to get the ignition system components checked by a mechanic to determine what needs to be replaced. Good Luck.
