1995 Pontiac Firebird radio and windows stopped working

1995 Pontiac Firebird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The windows convertible top and radio all stopped working at once. I've checked all the fuses but cant find anything wrong

my 95 trans am has been riddled with electrical problems. i have had shorts behind fuse box, and many wires have been replaced. Most small mechanics can fix small electrical problems for aroung a hundred bucks or so
