Computer problem
1995 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Okay... so first,
My car stopped working out of nowhere one day. I would turn the ignition and nothing would happen but the security light would flash.
Then I was was told that my Theft Deterrent Relay (TDR) may have been bad. So I was told to bypass it. (Joining the yellow and purple wires). That only allowed my ignition to start and not my fuel injector.
So then I tried to replace the TDR and that made the car make a weird noise. So I scrapped that idea and tried to replace the Theft Deterrent Module (TDM). After doing that, my car still did not start.
Did I do something wrong? Please help me fix this issue as this is my only car.
