1992 pontiac firebird rear brake shoes

Assume I screwed this up .
I replaced the rear brake pads and all hardware and THOUGHT I did one shoe at a time.
I put the longest brake pads on the back (nearest the rear bumper.
Now the car pulls to the LEFT which it dod not before I changed the shoes.

and yes I will be happy to send a donation for being a senior idiot.

i am not too real sure, but, i think the long ones go to the front, re-check all hardware, it also sounds like one side is not working properly, try re-bleeding the brakes, start at the wheel furthest away from where you put the fluid, for future smarts, what i usually do(just in case) i remove wheels and hubs from both sides, then i replace one side at a time, so that i can look at the other side to make sure everything is correct, when that side is done, move to the other, now you have the other side to look at for reference.
