1992 Pontiac Firebird 2000 and surging idle

i really need help with this idle problem, wen i start the car the idle raises up to 2k rpms and raises up to almost 3k. I replaced the iac motor, air filter, air temp sensor, and there is no vacuum leaks, PLEASE help with this problem i need this car to get to work! And this just recently started to idle this high when messing with the tps, tps is fine and still does this.

What do you mean "Just recently started to idle this high when messing with the tps"???

Are you saying you were messing with the tps and then it started idling high??? If so, then that's definitely your problem.

If not, then one or more of your sensors could be bad, including the computer itself. (Which isn't uncommon on a vehicle this old)
