this happened to me one time. driving down the road, crusing at 65 mph, and BAM DEAD! scared the crap outta me.

turns out my coil wire had sheered itself off.

though that wouldnt account for your lights not working.

if the battery is new, and no lights, maybe your positive wire from it is cut.

maybe your blew a bunch of fuses?

or maybe, the wiring harness (looking at the engine, right side, behind the battery, mounted against the right side, infront of strut tower) got burnt up.

i hate to say this in a mean way but "good luck fixing that"

its got 32 wires you gotta splice in the right place.

it sucks to replace =/

though i believe that wiring harness is engine based, so why the lights dont work either is baffaling.

i would check all your fuses. and circuit breakers.

if not that... i dont know what to tell ya.

=D hope I helped!

Check starter positive cable there should be two or three wires to it. These take voltage to ign ang fuse box. Was a problem they get real hot because of starter placement and the insulation goes and they short. They may be in a metal tube so you will need to disconnect to service. If no volt at fuse or ign thats the problem.I have had good results using larger gauge wire and wrap in fiberglass.
