what is the problem if you have no power coming from the wire harness going to the fuel pump relay switch?

Check the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box. Any applicable mil codes? Check for power at the fuel pump relay... this vehicle also has a fuel pump cut off wired through the oil pressure switch.
