Engine Performance problem

Hello,
My fiero has been having this problem for quite awhile now. The car starts normal and sounds normal.
You can feed it gas gradually and it sounds like a champ, though when you give it alot of gas quickly it bogs out and dies down. if you slowly give the car gas it works fine but once u give it fast, then it bogs itself out.
I Have pretty much eliminated a lot of problems, after searching the internet fourms etc.
I Have done the following:
replaced
-spark plugs
-spark plug wires
-air filter
-gas filter
-o2 sensor
- i even got another carb hoping that would solve the problem.
there might have been more that i can't remember.
what would be causing it to do this?
im thinking ecm?
