1994 Pontiac Bonneville SE, 231K, w/ manual HVAC.
The blower motor works on LOW, M1, & M2, but not at all on when switched to HIGH. I know that 1-3 use or bypass the resistors depending on the setting and HIGH should bypass all of the resistors. If the relay is bad does 1-3 still work?

I would check the blower switch to ensure that the contracts for the high position are closing. I am pretty sure that it is not the relay since it is working in every setting but high.

Thats what I originally thought; so I swapped out just the switch (that the knob slides on), same results. I failed to mention that in my original post, sorry. Are you talking about a different swith?
Another detail I failed to metion is that I replaced the blower motor itself this year, with a brand new blower motor from GM.
