99 Pontiac Bonneville a/c problems

I have a 99 Bonneville with 131K miles. The a/c fuse keeps burning out. The a/c and blower do not come on. Once, the blower stayed on after I had turned the ignition off. Any help would be appreciated.

What A/C fuse keeps blowing? were is it located and what ampridge is it? Does it have manual or automatic climate control?

It is a 25 amp and is located under the dash in fuse box just left of the steering column. A/C and auxilary. Manual climate control.

does the fuse blow right away? I would suggest unpluging the blower module and the fan and then see if the fuse blows. I would say that your problem is in that blower control module...

Yes, the fuse blows right away. Where is the blower module?

The blower module is located in the engine compartment on the firewall.You will need to remove the fuse/relay center to get to it.

The blower module is #3 in the picture to the right and #4&5 in the other picture... Cly

My A/C or heat will not blow out of dash vents.
