turn signal relay

Just blew 2 fuses as I replaced them for the turn signals. Can't find the relay on this car. Not in either fuse box?

The turn signal flasher and hazard flasher are the same thing here is instructions in the diagrams below on how to change it out. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
