I have replaced the crank sensor, ignition module and had the fiel pump checked, but it still won't start after it has been running for 20 mins. What else cuold be causing the problem? Gene

Gene:
I need to know if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine. See if it will start with starting fluid.

Let me know what you find.

Yes i'm getting spark and fuel. I'm wondering tho if theres a in-line fuel filter that might be partially plugged. Gene

If you are getting both, either you have low fuel pressure or a weak spark. Are you getting a snapping hot blue spark? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Have you checked to make sure the injectors are getting power?

Yes to all, but i had Goodyear check the fuel pump again and after it was running for awhile the fuel pressure drop off. So now i'm going to the pump. Is there a trap door behind the back seat to get to it or do ihave to drop the tank? Thanks, Gene

Honestly, I can't remember on that year. I would pull the seat first to check. However, for some reason I don't think there is.

Let me know what you find and if it takes care of the problem.
