1997 Pontiac Bonneville gas tank leakage

Only when I put gas in my car does it leak and a puddle appears under the car. Can you only replace the hose leading to the gas tank wihtout replacing the whole gas tank.

Yes the rubber filler tube can be replaced. Make sure where it's leaking from. It could be a rust that caused a hole in a steel component.
