1995 Pontiac Bonneville Blows hot air all the time

I have a 1995 Bonneville that in the summer blows hot air all the time unless I shut off the temp controls and in the winter it blows hot air but not very hot.

Could be problems with the air mix/blend/mode/ doors or the HVAC control module to include vacuum and actuators
