dont know how too fix this problem when you idle at 4000 rpm it cuts out are if you drive the car it cuts out its not the air flow sencer are the throttle sencer and not the fuel reg

Dont understand your question... does it idle at 4000 ? if you rev it in neutarl,it cuts out at 4000 (rev limiter) . or the engine wont go over 4000 no matter what?
