1994 Pontiac Bonneville car stops

Does absolutely everything go out? i.e. lights, radio dash board. If you are getting no elecrical power I would start with the battery grounds. Take them off clean them up replace bolts to the body and engine if you can. If you are still getting any power to anything I would suspect either the computer, a connection, or a component that is over heating like a relay. You should try to have the codes checked.

no all power does not go off the car just will not start and the windows and power seats will not work. i can leave the car alone for a couple hours and then it will start and run good till it stops again. time in between stops is not the same either. the car has a security light on the dash and it comes on and stays on while the car is running. could the keys be going bad in the ignition.
