If the light is on, it won't. I hate to say it, but you need to take it to a dealer to have it fixed. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment to check it.

Try this, turn the key to the run position and let it there for at least 10 minutes and try to start it. That should bypass the system so you can get it to a dealer.
