This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.
First, I need to know the specific belt that needs to be replaced. On most vehicles, there is a single serpentine belt, but it sounds like yours is different. Is this a power steering belt, an AC belt, an alternator belt, or something different?
If possible, take a pic of the belt and where it is going so, I can locate adjusters and help you better.

Hello,
Your vehicle is a direct sister vehicle to the VW Sharan and Seat Alhambra. Fitted with the VAG group 1.9 PD diesel engine.
