Code p0716, transmission hard shift first gear?

transmission hard shift 1st gear. computer gives p0716. Is there a video on how to change? How hard is it to change? i read it's inside the transmission.

Yep, that is the input shaft sensor senor code, here is how to change it out:

The P0716 code on a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado indicates a problem with the Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Range/Performance.

It does look like it will take a while, you will need to lower the valve body, and the book gets.

Input Sensor 5.4 HRS@ shop rate. Here is how the job is done, also the input and output shaft sensos get changed at the same time. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
