I attached a flow chart for the code. It is for high idle. It could be the idle air control or the throttle body but needs to be confirmed.

Okay, I attached a picture of the idle air control for you. This is a very common failure for idle surging.

I would also clean the throttle body of all carbon as well. I attached a guide for you to follow for the cleaning process.
