Check engine light on, Po411 code

Check engine light is on had a friend scan it came up with the po 411 code. They don't test emissions in my area. My question is what will it hurt to leave it un fixed. Seams to run fine.

This Direct Trouble Code (DTC) is dealing with a problem with the secondary air injection system. This system pumps secondary air into the engine on cold start up to help with the reduction of harmful emission products that happen at vehicle startup.
I have included for you a complete diagnostic troubleshooting flowchart for you in the diagrams down below. Please go through this flowchart and get back to us with what you are able to find out, please.
